CalligraPhilly is a fine art calligraphy, engraving, and design studio, established by Emily Reichlin in 2017.
An initially self-taught calligrapher, she has studied under Suzanne Cunningham for traditional copperplate script
and Carla Hagan for glass engraving.
Emily frequently works with local wedding couples to create the stationery of their dreams, and collaborates with many of Philadelphia's top wedding industry vendors. She also teaches workshops and private lessons in the Philadelphia area.
In collaboration with Jennifer Shahade and Daniel Meirom, "Not Particularly Beautiful", a large-scale social commentary chessboard art piece was debuted in the Boston Sculptor's Gallery in 2018. The second iteration of the piece was featured in the show A Beautiful Game at the World Chess Hall of Fame in St. Louis and now resides in their permanent collection.
Emily's work has been published in Modern Luxury Weddings Philadelphia and featured on Carats and Cake.
